As a female member, I've had a very positive experience at this gym. The trainer is professional and respectful -- his straightforward nature can be misunderstood at first, but it comes from a place of discipline and dedication. Many women train here regularly without any issues. With so many satisfied members, I think it's important to share a balanced perspective.
Very rude and arrogant trainer. Came to inquire about joining since I live nearby, but the trainer's attitude was shocking especially towards female visitors. Zero professionalism. I mean with so many gyms around Boring Road, no one needs to tolerate this kind of behavior. Definitely not recommended.
Worst gym for ladies, The trainer makes you feel so uncomfortable, so if you're a lady go at your own risk, he doesn't know how to talk to females, he is extremely creepy, rude and unprofessional, Worst experience. It's a small gym with limited equipment, plus the vibe and environment of the gym is so negative, if you try to talk to other people or especially the opposite gender the trainer interferes in between as if he's jealous. First time I experienced this kind of experience. Just stating an honest ground level reality in my 1 month of experience of what I faced which most of the people would be afraid to speak.
