Great place for morning as well as Eve exercise..with body Weight exercise and weight lifting exercises for both bulk and Fat loss. Spacious gym makes it beneficial for Calisthenics as well as weight training so you can do Yoga here too. Equipment here are of every variation - full range of motion machines which helps good posture exercises Must visit if you are healthy conscious or have a desire to be ..... Last but not the least.... Eat-sleep-workout-repeat

Budget friendly gym, specially for students. But the machines and equipment are too outdated, they are barely usable but you will have to manage. No shoes are allowed, strange. There is no one to help you out, trainer barely helps.
