Gym is good but cost is much high for student,but trainer is very good and humble also owner is good and here thay maintain very hygiene and clean,also staff members is humble.overall good

One of best gym in muzaffarpur

Gold's Gym is highly disappointing for me. As someone who travels frequently, the lack of a pause or freeze option for memberships means my money is essentially wasted. The check-in process is outdated, relying on pen and paper, which is frustrating in this day and age. To make matters worse, rates are inconsistent and seem to depend on whether you're personally acquainted with the owner. The trainers are more focused on pushing personal training sales than actually helping members. Overall, it's not worth the time or money.

I visited gold gym recently. No doubt, we will not find such type of gym in Muzaffarpur. But they still using only traditional machines , though they are lot of new machines introduced over the period of time. Trainers are also not upto the mark. I assume they are there just for help members in order to lift the weight.

Gym is equipped with world class equipment's.Fully air conditioned, very supportive trainner (however a bit novice) great behavioral staff. The trainers are helpful and motivate you to do your best. They discuss and resolve any problems being faced by you and educate you regarding the various workouts they recommend according to your body and objectives. 5 star for the perfect place and well knowledgeable trainers.
