Very well equipped place. Nice shower and lockers. :) Clean and good prices, nice people. :) I also drank a smoothie,it was amazing! Thank you for the experience. You also can get a pass for one time (but you can stay as long as you want, for hours..) very cheap. 100.000. The receptionist is very nice, helpful also.

I'm not sure what people are complaining about in other reviews -- this is a solid gym by Bali standards. Sure, they don't have every single machine, but any real gym rat knows how to get creative. Better to have something than nothing, right? If you're on vacation and just want to stay active, this place is more than enough. It's clean, there are showers, good ventilation, and they sell all kinds of supplements. I paid 300K for a weekly pass, which is a good deal in my opinion. Yes, it can get busy -- but hey, we all want to train, don't we? I truly believe that if we keep supporting this gym, they'll eventually be able to expand and add more equipment. Even just an extra cable machine and a few more benches would go a long way. With a bit of creativity, you'd be surprised at how far that can take you. If I were living here, I might go for a bigger gym, i think, but for a holiday workout spot? Totally worth it.

The biggest -- and actually the only -- advantage of this gym is its location and the view of the rice fields. The gym consists of two small buildings: one for cardio and one for strength training. Both are air-conditioned and equipped with fans, which means a constant stream of cold air on a sweaty body -- not exactly ideal. At 8 AM, the gym was already so crowded that people had to wait for the machines. There are only a few of them, and they are quite outdated, especially when it comes to ergonomics -- the body positioning on the machines is nowhere near today's standards. The Wi-Fi is practically unusable due to its slow speed. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the protein shake with fruit was excellent. However, at 100k IDR, it's really overpriced. Next time, I'll rather go back to ResyaGym on the other side of town -- they may not have air-conditioning, but they do have a better range of equipment. Towel and watter for free

Ubud Fitness Centre: Friendly, Functional, and Great Value The moment you walk into Ubud Fitness Centre, you're welcomed by super friendly and warm staff--it immediately feels like a place where you belong. The gym is divided into three well-organized areas: A cardio section, A weight training area, And an outdoor space for functional workouts and stretching. They also have a fully stocked shop with everything you might need before, during, or after your training, including a wide range of supplements. The equipment isn't brand new, but it's well-maintained and fully functional, more than enough for a solid workout. At just 100K IDR for a day pass, it's an excellent value for visitors and locals alike. Verdict: Ubud Fitness Centre is a welcoming, well-equipped gym with a great vibe, solid facilities, and everything you need to stay on track during your time in Bali. Highly recommended for fitness lovers in Ubud.

Good gym! Equipment is a bit old, but well maintained. Venue is clean and A/C is available so the temperature is very pleasant.
