Threshold Gym

I've been a member of this gym for 5 months now, and I'm really happy with the overall experience. The gym is always very clean, the staff are friendly, and for the price you really get great value. The opening hours are excellent, and even though there aren't too many machines, the equipment available covers everything you need. The people who train here are also very welcoming, which makes the atmosphere even better. Today I had my first personal training session with Pablo, and it was fantastic. He gave me very valuable advice on my workout plan, form, and technique, which has already improved my training in a lasting way. Thank you! Overall, I can definitely recommend this gym to everyone in the Cemagi/Seseh area.

Beautiful facility, well equipped, super clean and affordable. Also it has an amazing coffee in house and a beautiful views of the rice paddy. 10/10

New gym with enough equipment to get by but is missing essential things like yoga mats, a smith machine and leg press. The music is really bad mostly hardcore screamo music. It's for a particular taste, not quite the pump up music

Really great gym! Clean, organized and staff are kind and welcoming. I attended a mobility and a strength class for the first time. Coach Beatrice was so knowledgeable and helpful and guided me every step of the way. Highly recommend this gym Thanks guys and look forward to my next session
