Surya Gym Bali

I just visited the gym today to check out the facilities. Was greeted by the desk with a staff that allowed me to look around. Took some pictures & videos to show my friends as we were planning to find a well equipped space to train Boxing. One of the person in charge approached me to say it's not allowed which I understand if there is a policy but urged me to leave right away. Do note, its a Saturday after training hours with no one around. I find that quite rude as I genuinely wanted to find a place to train. Felt like I wasn't welcomed unless I joined as membership. It was an uneasy experience to say the least. Just some advice for the future, maybe you should allow others check out your gym freely so we feel comfortable to join. By letting others take some pictures or videos of the facilities, it would be good for your business as we could post on social media even for a quick look. Here you can see from the photos there was no one around. Hope that you can improve on this.

The gym is spacious, which is definitely a plus. However, the prices are quite high -- both for the day pass and the monthly membership. Even if you only want to use the gym, you still have to pay for the whole wellness area, which I find unnecessary. The equipment is another downside: most of the machines and dumbbells are quite old and worn out, some even showing signs of rust. There are a few newer machines, but overall, a lot of the equipment needs maintenance or replacement. Overall, the gym has potential, but the value for money just isn't there.

I love this gym!! It's so spacious and the equipment is 10/10. It doesn't get too busy and the recovery area is AMAZING. Very very clean and the staff was lovely. Super raccomanded. The monthly subscription of 200k is also very cheap considering what they are offering. I ll definitely go back

Surya Gym and Cafe definitely deserves 5 stars! The gym is amazing, even for powerlifting they provide proper plates for the bar, which is rare to find. The cafe is also a highlight, the baristas are super kind and always great to chat with. The menu is healthy yet never boring, which makes it enjoyable every time. I've been coming here since before the renovation 2-3 years ago, and now it's even better. Great job to the whole Surya Gym and Cafe team! If you're looking for a gym, this is the place.

this is the best gym in canggu and there is basement,restaurant,gym,fight club and also recovery such as swimming pool,sauna,steam room,jacuzzi,ice bath also have Bar in the recovery,and there is also have 2 bathroom for change the clothes..and if you come at 5-6 pm you can see the sunset from the recovery...the best gym ever
