Nice wellness. The pool area is very nice. The pool it self is very large. Love. Gym is fine a bit basic on equipment. Just lacking a few things that are a necessity nowadays. All girls are doing legs and butt work outs No row machine, stair master, an other smith machine, a good leg press machine, leg curl and only 3x20kg barbels that are always in use. If you're having a long term membership I think giving a locker/key with paying a deposit would be a good option. I am use to that. They took my stuff out after a week. When I showed them the key before my work out and she asked if I would want to use it again. I said yes. Came back locker empty. And a fresh fruit salad would be nice on the menu. Everything else looks nice. 7,5/10

I've been using Soham Spa for the past four weeks and honestly, it's been an absolute saviour. From the moment you walk in, the whole place just has the most calming, welcoming energy. The classes are amazing - really well run, with a great mix to suit whatever mood you're in. But can we talk about the cold plunge? Oh my god, it's unreal. Feels just like diving into a loch back home in Scotland - absolutely freezing, but in the best, most refreshing way possible. Easily the best cold plunge I've been in. The steam room and sauna are just as impressive - proper spa vibes, spotless and super relaxing. The staff are incredible - so friendly, always helpful and genuinely attentive to whatever you need. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. On top of that, the food is amazing. We signed up for the Gold membership, which gives you 15% off food and drinks - such a good deal! And you get loads of perks with the membership too: a free massage, free meal, juice, and a coffee and bakery item - such a fab welcome bundle. I absolutely adore this place. It's been such a positive part of my Bali trip, and it's honestly worth every penny. Highly recommend if you're looking for that perfect mix of fitness, relaxation, and a bit of luxury.

Our first experience at Soham Spa was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The full body massage with sandalwood oil was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The therapists were highly skilled, ensuring a soothing and comfortable experience. After the massage, we were offered a delightful cup of tea, which was the perfect way to conclude our visit. Soham Spa provided an outstanding experience that left us feeling refreshed and pampered.

This place was great! The pool is clean and great temperature. The gym is spacious and has everything you need. I liked the quiet recreation area to rest and read. The cafe food I ordered was healthy and delicious. Rosita was super friendly and very kind to us. Thank you!

Nice swimming pool and well equipped gym. The machines aren't the best but you've got everything you need to workout properly. It's got an area inside where you can work with your computer and also some tables by the pool bar where you can enjoy some food or drinks and watch the beautiful sunset sky. Clean changing rooms with lockers and showers (they have shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, also hair dryers). Hot and cold indoor pools, sauna, yoga room, relaxation room and probably more that I haven't seen yet. Also you have water fountains in the gym area. They give you 2 towels, one small and one big, every day you go. I would recommend!

A great place with good facilities. It's not overly new, and the equipment isn't new or a huge range. However, the pool, recovery area and restaurant/food & drink by the pool is outstanding! Easy to relax and spent a few hours. Get the one month membership, including complementary massage, dink and menu food item! The food is super healthy and fresh.

A great place with fantastic facilities, this place has everything you need: gym, classes, sauna, plunge pool, jacuzzis, outdoor pool with sun loungers and a restaurant! We signed up for a months membership for our time in Seminyak and this came with so many additional benefits: a free massage, meal, coffee and juice to name a few. I really enjoyed making use of the fitness classes here, yoga and pilates were great. All staff here are so friendly and greet you with such kindness everyday! The place is also really clean and this is done regularly by staff.

We had the pleasure of being able to use the facilities at Soham as we were staying across the road at Maca Villas. The gym is great (a but hot at times) and the pool is lovely. But the spa upstairs is really fantastic. Beautifully styled treatment rooms and really great massages! We were kindly gifted a massage by Maca Villas but it was that good that I went back a few hours later for another massage. We'd tried a few massage places in the area and this was hands down the best. Great prices too with 30% off in November.
