We arrived with a week pass.
From experience, we know that this gym chain usually does an introduction before starting, and that's totally fine -- it's their gym after all.
We filled out all the forms, and then they suddenly asked us to hand over our IDs. That's when we decided to leave. Our passports are important for traveling, and we don't like leaving them unattended.
It felt like a chicken coop -- everyone running around like little chicks trying to get something from you. Just listen to your guests and don't push so much.
We're just simple tourists who want to work out. Please, don't make things so complicated!

I'm really happy with my personal trainer Kak Ree at the gym! Even though I'm a beginner, she knows exactly how to guide me and makes every session comfortable and effective. She's also very easy to talk to, which helps a lot. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. I always feel motivated and supported here. I've been joining the membership and personal trainer program since December 2024. I'm glad they opened a location in Gatsu Barat, as it's close to my place. My training sessions with Coach Daniel have been great so far. He's always been motivating and helpful in helping me reach my fitness goals.
The Gym and the changing rooms are clean and comfortable. The equipment is well maintained. The staff are also friendly and helpful.

Even though the place is kinda small, the equipment's actually pretty complete and decent. The staff are super friendly, especially my personal trainer, Kak Daniel. He's been super helpful during my PT sessions really gets what his clients need. He's shared so much useful stuff too. Big thanks, Kak Daniel!

I had a good experience with Coach Daniel; his coaching is helpful, and the equipment is new and great for beginners. I also like the location and the app that shows facility availability. However, there are a few downsides. The parking is limited and comes with extra fees. The TVs on the treadmills are always off. And there's no Wi-Fi and no refillable water, but these are not major issues for me. Overall, I'm happy and look forward to my fitness journey here.
