Having been in Bali for a week already, and missing the pump of pushing some weights, when we got to Seminyak for our last few days I did some research and decided to join Bali Fitness with a weeks membership. They are also flexible with day passes and longer memberships. I only used the free weights and weight machines, so I can't comment on the classes. The weights and fitness equipment gym-room is on the second level, and be mindful that the equipment available only goes up to a certain weight. I did max out on a couple of the machines, so if you're a bigger lifter, you may want to just check if they have what you need before joining. Or get creative with what's available. However there was enough different equipment for me to easily get a complete workout. The gym was clean and equipment maintained. Even though it was a smaller gym when I got there at 7am or 8am for my workout I'd be sharing the whole room with only 1 or 2 others so there wasn't an issue of sharing equipment. The staff were welcoming and friendly. It was perfect for my needs. It was only a nice 10 min warm-up walk from my accommodation. I'd definitely recommend them and use Bali Fitness again should I be back in Seminyak.
