Good place for workout. Adequate infrastructure and efficient trainers to guide one through their workout. One of their trainers, Kunal Sharma, also my personal trainer for the last 1 year is greatly accountable in making me achieve my fitness goals. He knows the best way to motivate and inspire one to give their best.

Since joining The Life Fitness Gym a few months ago, my experience has consistently remained great. The convenience of its location, coupled with their supportive and knowledgeable stuff has been impressive. They are always ready to assist, offer guidance, or even suggest personalized workout plans. Considering my overall experience, my recommendation for The Life Fitness Gym remains as strong as when I first joined.

I recently joined this gym and I am extremely satisfied with my experience so far. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout experience.

It's my first gym experience and must say my experience so far is really impressive..In case you wanna start your fitness journey, with no doubt just join 'The Life Fitness' .The trainers here , Rahul sir and Pinku sir are very knowledgeable about the same , friendly in nature and really very helpful . Specially my experience with Rahul sir has just been great .He is very passionate about helping his clients achieve their health goal. Be it a beginner or advanced trainee the training provided by him is just balanced . It's been 6 months now and I can say I have been the best healthy version of myself ever since I joined 'The Life Fitness' .. All thanks to our trainers Rahul sir and Pinku sir .. Also the overall gym environment and hygiene is well maintained adding to my experience.

This was my very first gym experience in my life. And I had a very good time here. I used to train under Pinku sir. And he's such a good trainer. I never had PT but was never ignored and taught everything properly with lot of care and precaution. Each and every member of the gym were really supportive. I am lucky to have started here.
