It's not just a regular fitness training centre. It's like a family. Purna da and Sarah both are awesome. Most importantly they don't just keep fitness training indoors, they conduct outdoor sessions too. If you are joining there then be ready to have fun, go for trekking, do a lot of outdoor activities and stay fit . Though I am not able to continue there due to some personal reason but I miss them and would love to join them again anytime I get the opportunity.

I travel all the way from Lokhra to LKRB Path for the benefits this gym has been giving me even after having a gym almost 50 meters from my home. Coach PURNA has been a great support. Not only indoors but also outdoor activities are something that they organize like mountain climbing, running, swimming, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

No AC or fan: The owners are very cheap in using the AC. Even in peak heat, they will give excuses to use AC. A bit of rain or wind breeze and all the 4 AC will be OFF. Forget the AC, even half the fans are turned OFF. For 2000 per month, this is a basic requirement. Equipment: Because it's an S&C gym, they have minimal equipment. In that minimal equipment, half are broken. Rowing machines have been broken for 1 year. You might think the owners are broke, but they simply don't care. Purna has money to travel abroad but not to fix the gym equipment. With no equipment to work with, if you're going to their gym for walking, skipping, or jumping, you can do that free of cost at your home. Unprofessional trainers: The owners/trainers, Purna and Sarah, are mostly busy with their favorite gym patrons rather than supporting everyone. Purna is busy with his friends/ patrons, and Sarah as a coach, is busy in her own world, not approachable, and occasionally rude. If you're not part of their friend circle, think twice before signing up for their gym because you'll not get the same attention you expect from a coach. They don't care what your goal is; same daily routine for everyone. Since the owners train there, the exercises are mostly designed to challenge themselves + their friends, not everyone. I suggest Purna run the place professionally rather than as a place for him and his friends to hang out.

Joined a few months ago with no gym experience and the coaches have given me a lot of support, taught me many things and has helped and motivated me every time to push further and improve myself. I'm very grateful to Purna sir, Sara ma'am and Manpreet paaji for the love and support. WE GO JIM
