Deep Fitness Studio - GYM

I'm currently working on weight loss . I'm 38 years old, and work most of the day in the front of the computer(work). Then one of my close friend recommend me to visit Deep fitness studio . And it was my best decision ever. I started doing my routine workout everyday at Gym under supervisuon and guidance of Deep sir. Deep sir is an excellent fitness trainer. His knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing and guiding us help us a lot. In addituin to fitness he shared a nutrition diet plan inorder to lead a good health. I joined there in the mid of september and now i lost around 1o to 11 kg. Thank you sir for helping me in achieiving my goal..
