Newly opened gym with world class equipment. The space is huge with multiple machines for same exercise. I didnt had to wait my turn incase the machine was occupied. There are three trainers with good knowledge about workouts and has crazy physics on their own. The washrooms are big with separate lockers. Kept clean and tidy by the house keeping staff. There is a cafe inside the gym where one can order healthy food. A coffee machine for pre workout. The size of the gym has to be amongst the biggest in whole of Assam. A must for the fitness enthusiasts

By far this gym is one of the best gyms in entire Assam. Very few gyms are as spacious as soul fitness. The gym is equipped with good range of machines and the trainers are very friendly and helpful creating an amazing workout environment for beginners and professionals. The gym provides parking area for both 2 & 4 wheelers, changing room for male & female, shower and toilets. Very glad to have such a gym here in Golaghat.

About time this town needed Soul Fitness. Absolutely loved this gym! The space is huge, the equipment is diverse and top-notch--feels like a world-class setup at a fraction of the price. What really stood out to me were the trainers. So humble, approachable, and genuinely supportive. Felt right at home :)
