Good gym in the area with all the required weights and it's well equipped for all kinds of workouts. The trainers are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!!!

The overall gym and environment is good warm and welcoming but I feel like their is a slight issue of the trainer as he tries to discriminate between people he personally treates people differently and gives more importance to women and girls rather than man he communicates with them in a better way but not like that to man. And speciafically my friend had faced a other issue as he joined the gym for a short time as he was moving out in some months so he joined as a guest rather than talking admission and I noticed that the people who took admission are allowed to used machines such as treadmills but not the guests i don't know if it really a discrimination or just miscommunication between my friend and the trainers. Anyways both my friend and I have left the gym and moved out it was great experience our there but as u know there is no gym that is flawless so there is room for improvement.

A very good gym out there with one of the best quality equipments. Trainers with good knowledge on subject related to nutrition, diet and fitness(muscle hypertrophy/fat loss/cardiovascular health) are there to guide you. If you're thinking to join a gym in Bongaigaon, definitely give this place a try.
