I found Arogya Yoga Centre in August and I am so grateful for Krishna Sir teachings. I attend the 5pm class for my experience my all body pain has vanished. The centre is a great place to expand knowledge and also super welcoming to students who are new to yoga. What I love most about taking class with Krishna Sir is that he truly care about his students. I always look forward to walking in to the centre. The centre focuses on all the limbs of yoga not just the asanas like most other centres. They also have an amazing parental yoga class. So I extremely recommend Krishna Sir's yoga class at Arogya Yoga Centre to all the yoga lovers.
