It's an indeed experience for the spiritual aspirents and guiding knowledge of yoga which was followed and proved by an ancient saint's and philosopher's to lead the life in a healthy and ethical way of living. Here, yoga is not only guiding as a physical excersize but also in a tradition way to live physically fit and psychologically strong by using ancient yogic technique's, called "Anustana Yoga Vedanta" sastram. It also follows an indeed guidance from "Guru Parampara" (the importance was known and followed by Indians only). Here, recently started special classes on every Sunday for spiritual aspirant's to practice advanced yogic techniques and lecturing about ancient time science's which were established by various Saints & Rushis, the following topics were covered in the recent session's 1. Justice vision about Srusti (creation) and God established by Gowthama, 2. Vysheshika vision about matter, atoms and molecules by Kananath and the third one lectured on today about numbering vision tells about Nature, Gender & Work theory established over 1000 years ago by Kapila, which reflects the potentiality of Indians. Various training sessions are in plan to teach on every Sunday about the capabilities lurcked in Indian soil.
