There good instructor name Nagesh he'll give the perfect teaching to reduce your weight I'm 161kilos before I joined the gym now I am 150kg's it's all happened in the span of one month so I'm sending his photo too.Note:There is no before and after type duplicate pics in that college pic downside you can see how fat I am but now I lost one and half inch in size and 10kg's in weight truly and that guy with black t-shirt he is my coach Mr.Nagesh

This place is a bit peaceful and spacious. Ventilation is good naturally as well as with fans' help. Equipment is sufficient for everyone though it lacks some main equipment like pullup bar,etc and latissimus pulldown machine is not comfortable for those who are tall.Place is clean and maintenance is good.Its only gets untidy when it rains.
