In my experience this is the best gym in terms of traning, clean and good condition equipments. Gym trainer Akhil helped me alot to get fit , strengthening core and wight loss. Now I'm in good shape.Thanks Akhil. And about virtu fitness it is cross fit 45 minutes traning which help to strong in core and fitness. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
