I joined Damu Fitness Gym 2 months ago, and my experience so far has been truly amazing. Damu anna is very friendly with everyone and creates a warm, welcoming environment. The overall gym atmosphere is supportive, friendly, and motivating. I chose personal training, and my coach is Rajesh anna. Rajesh anna teaches every workout patiently. He's calm, not strict, and makes sure I understand each movement clearly. I've been to 2-3 other gyms in Tirupati, but none of them had the quality equipment, friendly environment, skilled coaches, and supportive nature that I found at Damu Fitness Gym. The gym is always clean, neat, and well-maintained. Not just Rajesh anna, all the coaches are very friendly, approachable, and encouraging. They teach workouts in a cool, simple, and effective way, which is great for beginners and experienced members alike. One of the best things is that trainers and owners treat everyone equally--whether you're a personal training client or not, the guidance and attention remain the same.
