The trainers are professional, attentive, and ensure that workouts are both effective and safe.My trainer Vinod is highly knowledgeable and supportive, always ensuring proper form and encouraging me to push my limits .Appreciation to Owner[Venkat] for creating and maintaining such a high-quality fitness space. One of the best gyms I've been to! A big thanks to Vinod bro for helping me in my transformation. His training style is the best I've ever experienced--very patient, clear with explanations, and he taught me all the variations in detail. Because of his guidance, I can now confidently train on my own without needing any other trainer. I lost nearly 6 kgs (from 75 kg to 69 kg) in just 3 months, and his diet plan also worked perfectly. Truly grateful for all the support and encouragement from Elite Gym, and especially from Vinod bro. If you're looking for training that will help you for life, I definitely recommend him!

Really solid gym with everything you need to get stronger and stay consistent. The equipment is well-maintained, and the overall vibe keeps you pushing yourself. Trainers(Uday & Vinod) are knowledgeable and helpful without hovering, The Owner(Venkatesh) knows the nuances of fitness and bodybuilding unlike many other gym owners and the place just makes you want to show up and put in work.
