Shapeup is the best place for women who wants to start their fitness journey . Its the best choice for women, very comfortable and very clean. I am very happy that i chose the shapeup. Prasanna mam is too good, she have lots of patience and instructs very well based upon our bodyweight . The amount of interest and care she shows on her clients is very impressive i havent seen anyone like her keeping up everyday with us and pushing us beyond our limits is what i like the most. The zumba classes are very very fun and purely a stressbuster, rahul sir teaches very well . Dont think too much just join the shapeup you definitely feel good.

This is a fantastic gym!! Prasanna garu is super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how she give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It's great! I feel younger!
At weekends we will be having Zumba sessions.It was an absolutely fantastic session, in which I got to know the different styles of dance and leg movements.
Rahul is a great at Zumba ,very energetic ,very humorous, understanding and patient too, it was a pleasure to be in his session.
It's a private gym only for female gender that feels more personal. Highly recommended! to those who want to get in shape.
