I joined this gym 6 months ago with a goal to lose weight and improve my fitness. I started at 73.5 kg, and now I'm 63 kg -- I'm so proud of the results! The trainer praveena mam is very supportive and give proper guidance for both workouts and diet. The environment is clean, friendly, and motivating. The equipment is well-maintained and there's everything you need, whether you're a beginner or advanced. Special thanks to my trainer who pushed me and kept me motivated. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to transform their health. This place truly changed my life!

I ll say this is the best and affordable gym by praveena garu for women who are trying to loose weight and for the maintaining their physique..She got lots of knowledge for Resistance training and strength training..She is disciplined and consistentwhich is very important and a professional eligibility for a Trainer..I highly recommend this women's Gym. I had recently joined this gym . It has all quality equipments . Praveena mam was so friendly and motivate us in weight loss journey and diet is also provided accordingly to weight. Special care is taken on each and every person in gym . Exercise will be customised based on our weight and will be updated based on weight loss . It's good environment for weight loss journey for women especially.It's highly recommend if ur in looking for womens gym.
