I am surprised to see a quality air conditioned gym in nrt. I was hesitant initially to visit after looking at the mixed reviews, but the new ownership is completely different. The owner himself is a fitness enthusiast, so you can expect the best out of the gym. You get here everything that you need to sport a six pack. A special shout out to the coach Moulali, gold medalist at state level. You find doctors working out in this gym which means this is the best one in the town. Visit it once and your search ends here.

Worst gym in our area, Owner doesnt know how to treat his clients, no proper management,, they dont switch on the AC, never use any room freshners, no proper drinking water facility. Please avoid this gym in this area.

One of the worst gym I ever seen..use less owner he doesn't know how to handle with clients many of the ratings given by his friends and trainers I'm not recommend to go there
