Just visited once, the environment is good, people are not so welcoming. When we went there to look over the gym they just left us to go see on our own. Equipment is fine easy acces to road.

Fitness centre was well maintained with latest equipment. There are two sections for cardio and strength separate. Both of them are world class. The trainers are very helpful and provides detailed guidance.
