6 I was new to this place and found this gym . Before the gym environment I need to mention about the coach my personal trainer Mr. Vinodh m. My goal was to weight loss. It has been one month training I had found lot of difference in my body. I had lost 5 kg in a month . My coach train me daily with different workouts with new varities of workout . He was suggesting diet plan according to the workout plan. Diet was given daily basised on calorie. I'm feeling very happy about my body condition and thanks to my coach. VINODH . M ( professional personal trainer). I would like to suggest surroundings kadiri who all are looking for fitness . V R fitness and gym is the best place to do workout and get motivated.
