Nice ambience and well hygienic place to do workouts. If you interested to do CrossFit like in Bangalore, you can definitely give a try in this gym. Every week different theme and different workouts. This gym has a NSNIS certified coach and his name is Mastan Hussain. He will give the proper training with lots of patience. Strongly recommended if someone who's willing to go for a CrossFit.
