R7 Fitness station

I've been training at R7 Fitness and absolutely love it! The gym is clean, well-maintained, and the trainers really help you reach your goals. Perfect gym for anyone who wants to stay fit and feel confident!

When you first join, the trainers act very friendly, but once they get the money, their real attitude shows. One day I simply wore a sleeveless T-shirt, and a trainer came up to me and rudely said, 'From tomorrow, don't wear sleeveless,' while trying to show off in front of some girls. On top of that, the gym has poor hygiene standards -- you are expected to clean other people's sweat before using any equipment because no one brings their own towel. This is unacceptable for a place that charges for membership. Highly unprofessional staff and unhygienic environment. Definitely not recommended

This gym is a masterclass in customer service -- they treat you like royalty until they take your money, and then suddenly you're invisible. One fine day I wore a sleeveless T-shirt, and the trainer, apparently the self-appointed fashion police, told me not to wear it again -- of course, while showing off in front of a few girls. Hygiene? What's that? You basically get a free arm workout wiping other people's sweat before touching any machine because nobody carries towels here. If you enjoy drama, bad attitude, and cleaning duties for free -- this is your dream gym. Otherwise, highly NOT recommended.
