Vaheed Sir has been my trainer for a while now. He makes the 40 minute workout session very lively and jovial. He motivates and pushes for a slow, yet consistent improvement. His fitness approach is also very scientific. In my case, he mixes things up - like along with strength training as the main pillar, he adds circuit training with explosive exercises a few times or plans for great endurance workouts(e.g. a 40 minute non-stop jogging or a 18 kms cycling or a double trekking session in a single go) which helps achieve overall fitness, not just one area. His knowledge of fitness and human body is great. He patiently answers all my questions. He also customizes the workout routine based on personal challenges - like in my case back pain from sitting long hours for work. . Instead of just throwing a bunch of exercise form corrections at you, he helps you slowly ease into the right way of doing things. Plus, he takes time out for periodic sessions focused only on correcting form, which really helps.
