As someone who was completely new to the gym scene, starting my fitness journey at this facility felt incredibly welcoming and non-intimidating. From the moment I walked in, I knew I had found the right place, and they have genuinely set a high bar for what a gym should be. The quality of the equipment here is outstanding--everything is modern, well-maintained, and offers a great variety for any workout. Just as important as the quality is the placement of the machinery. The layout is intuitive and spacious, allowing for a fantastic workout flow. I appreciate that I can easily move between stations without feeling cramped or having to hunt for floor space, which makes my sessions much more efficient. The heart of this gym is its staff, particularly the trainers. Their depth of knowledge is impressive; they're always ready with helpful, professional advice, whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter. What really shines is their coordination. They work together seamlessly to ensure everyone is using the correct form and feels supported, creating a proactive and motivating environment on the floor. Finally, the commitment to cleanliness is noticeable every single day. The facility is consistently spotless, and the equipment is regularly sanitized. This attention to detail reinforces a sense of respect for the space and for all members. This gym isn't just a place to work out--it's a supportive, professional, and immaculate community that I highly recommend to anyone, especially those just starting out!

Gym with all required equipments and facilities ! Well qualified training staff who involve themselves with passion towards the job. I am taking PT from couch Ashok. His knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit. Thanks for Ashok!

A good gym, but more expensive than options like Cult Fit.

or extended weekend hours would be a nice addition--but that's just personal preference. Overall, I'd definitely recommend G Fit to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and supportive gym environment.
