ANIRUDDHA CREATION

We met Aniruddha creation in 2023. Since then we are practicing Yoga under their guidance. The Gurus and all the teachers are not only knowledgeable and sincere a very disciplined ambience enables you to learn and practice correctly. Being senior citizens we had several health issues. But now under training of Aniruddha creation our way of life has improved remarkably. Our heartfelt thanks to Aniruddha Creation for upgrading our physical and mental strength.

It was one of my best decisions to join Aniruddha creation. With proper guidance and help from the instructors I have been able to practise yoga easily. It's been a year and the outcome is great. I am literally enjoying the classes and looking forward to getting better day by day.

I have been practising yoga (online classes) with Aniruddha Creation for more than a year now. I have done yoga under the supervision of many different teachers in this period of time and everyone was very professional and experienced. I lost some weight and regained my fitness. Currently, I am learning yoga from Jhumpa ma'am and she is a wonderful trainer. Everyday I get to learn new yoga poses and each exercise is extremely effective!

The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, making it easy to relax and focus on my personal growth. The classes cater to all levels, and I love the variety offered, from gentle flows to more challenging sessions. The space itself is clean, tranquil, and filled with positive energy. My yoga instructors has been a true inspiration. With their patience, guidance, and deep knowledge, I've learned not only the physical aspects of yoga but also how to cultivate inner peace and mindfulness. Every class is an opportunity to grow... I leave each session feeling more balanced, both mentally and physically.. I am feeling stronger, more centered, and grateful for their encouragement and expertise.... I am doing online classes now for 3 years and have greatly benefited from the experienced mentors ,from losing weight to gaining strength ,to challenging limits , anirudhha creation's team of teachers definitely ace all aspects of yoga
