A great place to be in. Along with gym, yoga is taught too. I have benefitted inspite of my frozen and cervical issues. It has really helped me to overcome my problems a lot. Our teacher Ankita maam guides us throughout which is very beneficial and helpful to lessen our health issues. Thank you so much.

As an introvert by far the hardest part was to push through the discomfort whilst there to reap the benefits once I leave . I am beyond happy with my decision to choose the right place (GYM) for me . The owner treats his clients with professional and loving attitude from beginning to end. The Staff members and Trainers are easy to communicate with, reliable, family oriented,well educated . Conversation with them make time fly .They don't push you into something you don't want . They will be honest with you from the start . You won't be led wrong with any trainer you get for they provide highly competent and enthusiastic personal trainer with proven ability to help people achieve their fitness goals. I have been doing PT since 4months and I am amazed by the result . I feel totally comfortable and safe . My trainer understood my goals . He helps me to feel motivated to push my limits physically & mentally and exercise consistently. I am stronger , healthier and happier than ever been in my life . I am impressed with his professionalism . Body transformation is hard . It requires patience, discipline, consistency for months and years..I appreciate their services and would absolutely recommend them to any individual to improve their physice be it my friends , family or strangers as well. WORTH EVERY PENNY Looking forward to reach my fitness goals!!

The best place to get quality training in an affordable rate. I learn kickboxing in the gym, they have great equipments and a really experienced coach. The environment is top notch.

Great place good guidance, The owner himself is very passionate about fitness,this gym focused on their Trainers to guide the clients and help them achieve their fitness goal, also keep the place very neat and tidy. You should definitely be here if you are passionate for workouts and physical training, they provide online ,offline personal training , diet chart etc.

Awesome gym. Staff behaviour is good and friendly.Modern equipments and pretty big spacious gym. Overall perfect. Would love to work out there
