I joined the gym a while ago and sharing my experience below. Pros: 1. The gym has a wide range of equipment. 2. The receptionist is very polite, and the overall ambience feels warm and welcoming. 3. Hassle-free biometric entry system. Cons: 1. The workout space feels a bit cramped and suffocating, with minimal distance maintained between equipment. 2. When I joined, I was offered 10 complimentary training sessions. However, the trainer did not ask about my fitness goals or medical history, which I believe is quite important. The sessions felt somewhat routine rather than personalized. Considering I paid 4,000 for 3 months, which is on the higher side for the Maheshtala area, I had expected a more attentive and engaging experience.
