It has been a wonderful experience for me. I really want to thank the efforts and assistance of mentors throughout the training, they are very professional, well experienced and have deep knowledge. I have learnt a lot about poses, alignment, how to enter into a pose using various techniques. Although I am a beginner level student of Fitness classes and yoga, I have still learnt about posture's anatomy and variations, counter poses. I have also received guidance and inspiration from mentor how I can work towards my body flexibility and my goal. I would definitely recommend this classes to all if you wanted to take your Fitness journey to the next level.
