Worst experience ever... I don't know what's there problem bt many times when I visit vishal mega mart jhargram their Ac is always switch off. I mean people can not stay their for 5-10 minutes in such a humid and warm weather

(2/5) - Suffocating Environment, Needs Improvement Visal Mega Mart is a big shopping mall in Jhargram, but my experience was quite uncomfortable due to the poor ventilation and extreme humidity inside. The atmosphere feels claustrophobic, making it hard to explore or shop for long. Issues Faced: Extremely Humid & Stuffy - Felt suffocating, no proper cooling or airflow. Unpleasant for Customers & Staff - Employees work in tough conditions; customers can't stay long. Crowded & Overwhelming - Difficult to move around freely. Positives: Decent product variety. Convenient location. Suggestions for Management: Improve air conditioning & ventilation - A mall should be comfortable. Control humidity levels - Install dehumidifiers if needed. Ensure employee comfort - Better working conditions = better service. I had to leave early because of the discomfort. Hope improvements are made soon for a better shopping experience.

Good place but, not have much collection and no saperated store.. ladies, gents, kids all store are same. And the most annoying thing is that the exit has to be through the underground.

Service is not good. Rate list not maximum number of items not displayed. Staff is very egoistic reluctant to reply any query. Day to day's items sale offer intimated in SMS not practically offers in the counter. There is no single point contact person above floor sales person. Thankyou
