Very nice ambience well trained tranener healthy environment

One of the nicest place for work out. Trainer ( Rupak sir) take care of us really well, points out the total subject very professionally with an affordable fees, which helps the trainees to make a good physique. Atmosphere is really good, air conditioned, tidy, and well disciplined. I personally recommend everyone to come and join us to have a fit & healthy life ahead. Thank you .

Rupak is the owner and instructor of this fitness studio, he gives online class also. I have attained online classes provided by him and I have never seen any one more enthusiastic about fitness more than him. He is a strict instructor and has immense knowledge in this area. He helped with both fitness and lifestyle changes. I have never seen him reccomeding crash diet or easy way to loose weight to anyone which is really bad for health, his passion for fitness is really commendable.I would definitely recommend Janai Fitness studio to anyone who wants to become healthy. Very good ambience for all

This gym has Rupak Da as its owner and trainer. And I think that is the biggest compliment it can get.

In janai there is a gym thats very good. But i give 3stars because there is Saturday and Sunday 2 weekly closed day! Its will effect ur body(the 2day resting ur muscles). By the way decorations is great! If it is genuinely for both boys and girls then it is the 1st gym in this place at its position.

Good trainer,well decorated AC environment and a complete set up of almost all equipments.One more thing the monthly fees also very minimum...(mausumi banerjee)
