Best gym in Burdwan. The price is a bit higher but worth it. Cleanliness is well maintained, 2 story gym with ample space, all machines are there and the trainers are really helpful.

Good unisex gym. Great communication. All the modern equipments are available here. Trainers are extremely Cooperative. Zumba facilities are available here. Owner of Gym is true gentleman. Worthy of taking membership of this gym.

Not recommended if you are serious about you training and progress. If you want to go to gym for the sake of it then this is okay. 1. Equipments & machines are not well maintained. The management doesn't care about the equipment and machines. Members have told them 4-5 times that leg extension/curl machine back support is broken, one of the cable's outer layer is ripped which makes it more resistant to perform an exercise, the hacks squat machine's hinge screw get loose over time, chest press and Pec deck seats are broken. Even the yearly maintenance that is written on the machine is not done. 2. Hygiene is another problem. The washroom is dirty after the 1st hour of gym hours. Mosquitoes and other insects have set up a city inside the gym. The management doesn't care about that. The machines are covered in dust. 3. Disturbing involvement of Gym management is another problem. One cannot drop dumbbells because the management says "What if the big glass walls break?". One cannot use incline bench with the Cable machines because "What if the glass window breaks in the process of shifting the bench?". RIP Physics. I think the gym management doesn't have their priorities sorted. 4. Squat rack/Deadlift/Leg press: If two or three people perform 1-2 of these exercise at the same time then the availability of the 45lbs/20kg plates is a problem. The gym has only 4 plates of 20kgs and 25kgs each which is so less. But but wait a minute. The only thing that the gym and its management is really good at is that they are so punctual for asking to you to renew the membership. They are so good at sending notifications that your membership is going to expired.
