Absolutely a wonderful place to learn yoga n meditation.. thanks to the trainer Ms. Sapna. She is one of the very few fully trained female yoga trainer in the city.. best part is the customisation of the practice done for each person as per their body type . Would definitely recommend it as one of the best place to learn all forms of yoga ... Especially the only centre in Haridwar to experience the very immersive aerial yoga... My 10 yr old ,7 yr old kids and myself are truly benefitted here .

I rated Sattvi Yogshala as excellent for several reasons: first of all, Sapna being an experienced teacher; even on online sessions I found her great, she would know when to push me and when to let me take time. Plus she isn't intimidating and very flexible; I do yoga with a toddler around which often cause interruptions in class and she is very flexible with that. She also takes into consideration the current health issues and plans the poses etc. to work with that and speed up the healing process.
The physical yogshala is great too, it is clean, has important equipment for different styles of yoga. It is more than just postures; we have breath work and meditation.
Sapna also continually work on her skills as yoga trainer , and I wish her best.
May this place grow bigger and better.
