Ah! the best i would say , in kotdwara. I am an abcderian, still my all the fears of pain and injuries went away when i entered the gym for the very first time. The trainers are very generous as well as so so supportive. As i already have mentioned above that i am a beginner but still enjoying each day with these trainers and the gym. The machinery, weights, etc each and everything is of very good quality next to impossible chances of injuries. I love the gym. I am use to go there daily. No skip as it is becoming my best part of day when i am at gym So you can check it out. Very minimal fee no overcharges. Free of cost registration.
