Best gym in the town with professional, dedicated, motivational gym trainer. I started my journey back in 2018 and it feels great to workout and gained knowledge about the importance of fitness, eating habits, how diet plays the vital role in the fitness. Plus point about the place is hygiene and discipline that we have to maintain during working out. Not to forget Mr. Manish rawat sir who always treats us well and is always there for us 24/7.

Fitness zone is the best, well disciplined, cultured and sanitized gym of Uttarkashi as both male and female work out together happily without any problem. So, gym members are getting their goals consistently. All this credit goes to gym owner and trainer respected Mr. Manish Rawat. In my opinion, gym doesn't mean a centre for body built but for body fit. Young chaps join a gym so far so good, but aged persons must join a join to be fit and to avoid medicines, diseases and health issues. I have solved many health issues of mine in Fitness Zone. I'm very thankful to my trainer respected Mr. Manish Rawat.

Each and every section are need and clean including toilets . all type of equipment are available for Workout either you want to do the Cross fit , cardio or Body building. A well experienced Trainer @ Mr Manish go and talk to him share your problems with him regarding to the fitness He always has solution for it
