After losing a lot of weight due to TB, I struggled to regain strength and weight. Over the past 8 weeks, I've gained almost 10kgs and feel much stronger. All credit goes to my trainer Mr Vikash Tomar. His approach has been practical and effective, and I've seen real progress. The gym itself has a great atmosphere - clean, welcoming, and equipped with everything I need for my workouts. Highly recommend this place and Vikash if you're looking for expert training and a motivating environment!

My experience was too good as trainers are very knowledgeable and familiar also the manager is well educated and greet with regards and he is always their to help you. Great Experience Every one should take at least a trial for visit recommended

Gym is good but trainers are very unprofessional. They will force you to get personal training otherwise they will not even correct your posture. Very disappointing

The trainer has a very arrogant attitude, and maintenance is scheduled on the last Saturday of every month, but it only includes the machines and dumbbells. The mirror has been damaged for the past year and still hasn't been repaired. I don't understand what kind of maintenance they are actually doing. On 15th August, all the gyms were open, but Meraki Gym in Sector 141 was closed. During workouts, if someone asks us for help, the trainer seems to have an issue with it. Tell me, is it really wrong to help each other during workouts?
