TheKGN 2.0 Gym is a really great place to work out! They have awesome equipment that's even better than other gyms around. The people who work there, from the owner to the trainers, are super friendly and helpful. It sounds like they really care about making everyone feel welcome. Some people mentioned it can get a bit crowded in the evenings, but overall, it seems like a fantastic gym with lots of ways to get fit, like cardio, strength training, and even CrossFit! gym is too good ,
