Yoga planet India is my first introduction to Yoga. I never knew that excercise could be so calm at the same time until now. It's been 10 classes and I have already reduced 2 kg. I love the fact that the yoga instructor makes sure that we make right poses, eat right and feel peaceful by being mindful of our past experiences and present situations.

Worse place . With every call they increase the price. The objective is money not yoga. Strictly recommend to not go there
