Thier most the staff are not well trained, and it actually reduce 1 kgs while they promise 5 kgs, they restrict ecah meal, even I was eating 2 roti but trainer was also laughing on that too 'fir kaise Kam hoga' finally it's all machanical.. I think natural weight loss which may be slow but will be more helpful. This is good for inch loss but again it's all done through machine..

Worst experience, staff people are not properly trained, give fake offers to attract customers and after paying their fees, they forgets the offer they have made initially, staff people have no decency to behave with customer. Moreover, the gym area is too small, air conditioner doesn't work efficiently, too many people have to adjust in one small room for excersice.

Too costly they were charging a lot of money only for the reason that they have two bad looking receptionist other wise you can easily prefer to another option like Olympia, iron core of other...

Horrible service. Waste of money!
