The trainers are quite rude, especially in the morning shift. Trainers don't provide proper guidance and are often busy on their phones. I felt my time and money were wasted, and I stopped going to the gym within 15 days.Only one trainer, Rahul, is active and attentive in the gym. The rest of the trainers just waste time laughing and not focusing on members.

The trainers are good, Nandini at the desk is extremely rude and discourteous. After investing in their most expensive package, chose not to renew.
