Dear V Mart Team, I recently made a purchase exceeding 6,000 at your store, which, as per your policy, includes two complimentary carry bags. However, I noticed that the carry bags were added to the bill without prior communication. Despite them being listed as free, the cashier was still asking for rating in exchange for the bags, which felt inappropriate. I checked the bill near the exit and saw that the carry bags had already been included , though I hadn't received them at checkout. I realized the discrepancy and had to ask for the bags separately. Additionally, the goods verification process prior to leaving the store was quite unprofessional. I would like to appreciate the behavior of the sales team during my visit. Their approach was helpful and positive, which made the shopping experience better.

I recently visited V-Mart, and I must say, the experience was made much better by the helpful behavior of the salesman Shiv Mohan Singh. He was polite, patient, and well-informed about the products. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave me several good options within my budget. His customer service was excellent - he didn't force any product on me, and even helped with size exchanges and suggestions for better deals. In a busy store like V-Mart, it's refreshing to find a salesman who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.
