Vishal Mega Mart is a very bad store. I had bought a Turdom iron from here. After just two days all my clothes started burning. After that I got it repaired and then the light would burn but the heating stopped. When I went to Vishal Mega Mart and complained, they said bring the receipt. The receipt had disappeared due to which my iron is lying like that till today. The behaviour of the store manager there is very bad, he doesn't even know how to speak and the security ladies are very ill-mannered, who don't know how to talk at all. That's why I don't feel like even stepping into this mall.

This place is very good, this is not an expensive place.You also go once.This mini shopping center is spread over 2 floors with parking and lots of retail products. This is what you can buy for all kinds of things. offering a wide variety of product. Parking facility is also available. You also go once. Here the full attention of the customer is also given. Staff behavior and language is good. Online payment and card payment is also available. Here the value for mony is the same in many types and varieties.

First of all the clothing and apparels are unique. Not branded company here but quality is very good. Other items likes electronic, luggage they have branded range also. You can get wide range of grocery and Electronic items even on lesser price than market. Secondly what impressed me was the friendliness of the Staff. They went out of their way to help us with our queries. They are also very efficient in their service.Staff is really appreciable including store incharge Abhishek singh. Its really great shopping place for everyone. Very good environment, cleanliness, disciplined staff etc. Must visit.
