Very bad behaviour of staffs. They started arguing with guest from main gate. 1st when you enter in main gate with your car, then security guard will talk you with abusive language. 2nd when you come to reception and you will lodge your complaint, they will start protecting there guards. Now let's talk about there restaurant. If you order any thing, they will take more than 1 hr for dilivery in your room. And when you will call on there provided landline for follow up of your order, they stop receiving your call.

Very unfriendly customer policy. debited ungenuine amount on account of loss of keys which was fallen on their property and may be of rs 50 value.. *#Monopolistic approach*
