Extremely Disappointed - Facilities Neglected for Months
The hot tub at this VASA location has been out of order for months. The pool was closed for about a month and only reopened recently, and the steam room has been down multiple times during that same period. To top it off, the spinner for wet trunks has also been broken for months.
The employees themselves are friendly and do their best, but their hands are tied -- all maintenance decisions come from upper management. Unfortunately, corporate seems completely disconnected and indifferent to paying members' experiences.
The excuse we've been given is that the gym is "preparing for a major remodel." Even if that's true, management has failed to properly communicate with members -- no email updates, no transparency, and no timeline.
Bottom line: this is how a business ruins its reputation -- through neglect, poor communication, and lack of respect for loyal customers.
VASA, get your act together. Your members deserve better!

"Broken equipment, broken standards."
I'm giving VASA Fitness one star because way too much equipment has been out of order for over a month -- and nobody seems to care enough to fix it. The front desk staff has no idea what's going on and honestly, I don't blame them -- they're making $11 an hour, which is ridiculous for a business that expects them to maintain any standard of service or accountability.
The attitude here is "it's broken, deal with it." No updates, no repairs, no communication. We pay for this membership -- we deserve working equipment, a clean and safe environment, and a staff that's supported enough to care.
We need to raise our expectations -- this is a perfect example of why we're "making America great again" -- because places like this should care about doing better. If you're considering this gym, just know you'll be paying for a lot of out-of-order signs and not much else.

Outstanding Service from Rylee!
Rylee is absolutely amazing! Every time I walk into the gym, she greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcome. She's always willing to help, whether it's answering questions, showing me how to use equipment, or just bringing positive energy to the space. You can tell she genuinely cares about the members and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great experience. People like Rylee are the reason I love coming here!

Great local gym with all the amenities you could want. The best part of the gym is the great staff and especially the group fitness instructors. Jamie has an amazing spin class every Monday night that sets my week off right. Jamie also teaches studio red a few times each week that always gives me a great workout! Great team always smiling and willing to help me reach my fitness goals!

The price is good but so many pieces of equipment are broken and it takes months and months before they get fixed. They don't even have a full rack of free weights. I have been going to this gym for over a year. I get there at 5:00am every morning and when it opens and there are dumbbells missing. They keep talking about remodeling. Everyone would prefer if they just fix the equipment. The staff are friendly, however, you can tell upper management does not communicate with them at all because they never know what's going on.
