I've been training here for a while now and couldn't be happier with my experience. The equipment is modern and well maintained, the space is always clean, and the staff are friendly, trainers are knowledgeable and always ready to help. The cold plunge was a nice thing to try out of the comfort zone. Moreover, you could order your healthy food and get it done while working out which saves alot of time. Thanks to Mr.Abdulla for this experience. Highly recommended!

The pool is consistently dirty, and the gym is overcrowded with outdated, dusty equipment. For 60 BD a month, the poor maintenance and cramped space make this feel like a complete rip-off. Not worth the price at all.

Fit gym and spa is an affordable gym with decent facilities. You won't find many muscle heads here and the environment is abit more casual Overall its good Bang for your buck

Very very overpriced.. 60bd a month? Seriously? I think the owner should re edit the prices or he gonna lose alot of customers.. being greedy will let u lose the business

One of the best GYM facility i have experienced.. for 1 day pass during my visit to Bahrain i already felt in love with the place.. super clean..friendly staff.. biggest collection of machines.. showers and lockers super organized.. recommended for all..wish i have more days to come back here. Keep it up

Serious Breach of Privacy at Fits Gym, Rivera Hotel: I am extremely disappointed with an incident that occurred on Sunday, the 9th of Marh 2025, at the Fits Gym in the Rivera Hotel. Despite having separate halls for women and men, men were found working inside the women-only hall without any prior notification to the female members. This breach of privacy is unacceptable and compromises the comfort and trust of the gym's female patrons. When we complained to the club attendees, no action was taken to rectify the situation, and it was obvious they lacked interest or care to address our concerns. I urge the management to take immediate action to ensure such incidents do not recur. Until then, I cannot recommend this gym to others.

Really great gym. Fully equipped with four or five adjustable benches, squat rack, rogue rack, tons of machines, decent selection of cardio equipment. Nice sauna and steam room too with towels provided.

Amazing all around gym with various facilities (Sauna, swimming pool) and equipments. All the staff including instructors there are friendly and very helpful. Gym is always clean and highly maintained in the best way possible. Get them gains!!
