ABS Fitness Gym

This is one of the best unisex gyms I found within 3-4 km of my area last year, and I've continued here ever since. The gym offers good amenities that really matter to me: - Machines for training every muscle group - Proper air conditioning - Clean drinking water - Changing room facility (though I don't use it, it's convenient for others) - Washroom access - Music system with good speakers - Personal training options The membership fee is quite reasonable considering these facilities, and sometimes they run discounts that are worth grabbing when available. The owner is polite and soft-spoken, and the atmosphere is friendly. People are helpful whenever you ask for assistance, and I've never come across any rough behaviour. They also keep some supplements in stock, which is handy if you want a quick purchase without waiting for deliveries. One con is the limited floor space, especially when the gym gets crowded, which can make floor workouts a bit difficult during peak hours. Personally, I truly enjoy training here. It's comfortable, nearby, and the biggest plus for me is that if I happen to take a long break, the owner kindly allows me to carry forward the remaining membership days to my next visit. Overall, people in and around this area can definitely consider joining if they're looking to build a better version of themselves. Happy Gymming!
